We had a problem with breakfast costs, we had 5 guests but only 3 had breakfast and the hotel charged us 5, the hotel did not give a solution

This property is amazing. I went to Bogota to study for my comprehensive exams for my doctorate with a friend. They let us use their conference room and even bought in a whiteboard. The staff is amazing as well. Great location, room, and breakfast. One of the best hotels I have stayed and will be coming back!

Great experience at Sonoma Hotel
Great hotel with excellent and professional staff!! They arrange our airport transportation and it was very efficient and professional. Miss Laura at the Reception was great as well as all the staff. Very modern, clean and comfortable! What you need after a day touring ! Bar is great with excellent food and beer I highly recommend it!

Not a great experience
We arrived at midnight after a long travel day, once we finally got a room we realized the AC wasn't working. We were given another room which clearly wasn't as nice and was smaller than the room we paid for. We were the awoken in the early morning by the sounds of power tools. They were doing construction on an adjoining room. After minimal sleep and a rude awakening, we were given a third room, also not the level of room we paid for but the AC worked and there was no construction noise. A low bar. Service wasn't great, they didn't really acknowledge our terrible experience.

The front desk staff was not too friendly. Everyone else was. My AC did not work and called down twice. They knew before I checked in that the AC did not work. They brought a portable one that also did not work. It was way too hot and the halls were way too dark.

This area was perfect to walk @ night. The hotel is located in a perfect area with unicentro just a walk away. The staff were very friendly and treat me with respect. I would recommend others to stay here if you want a safe area with a shoppingmall close.
