Avoid

Check in was slow. Overcharged. Broken toilet in first room. Broken sink in second. No wifi... Need I say more

It was very nice, I go there like three times a year for work, and I feel like they treat me like home. Very profesional and educated personal working in this hotel.

The hotel was in a good look location and was safe and clean. My only compliant is the mattress is very uncomfortable. You feel the coils poking through. The staff speaks no English but we were able to get by with a phrase book and they were able to call someone who spoke English when needed. We stayed seven nights and the breakfast did not change for the entire stay. There are many place within walking distance to eat and shop. The hotel was able to help with transportation.

5 stars for Travelers Obelisco, not this one

I made reservation with expedia for this hotel, but one day before my check in I called to confirm they did not find my reservation, I gave them my expedia itinerary ber and finally they found my reservation. They blamed expedia and viceversa. Any way ,the offered to switch me to other of their chain buildings " Obelisco" , we did it to a similar 2 bedrooms apt. what a surprise! beautiful brand new apt. in the quiest area I have ever known in north of Bogota. Full equiped, enough towels and blankets, good breakfast, my teenagers loved this place. So 5 stars for TRAVELERS OBELUSCO, not for suites gold.

Exelent!!, my only suggestion is to change the pilows!!!, they are very hard and uncomfortable!!, the rest is A +
