"The owner was very attentive and helpful with all of our requests. He was truly thankful for us staying at the Inn. The Inn was nicely decorated and full of history which was shared throughout. The outside area was inviting with different seating options from couches to tables and chairs to Adirondack chairs under a tree and by the river. There was also a 2 seater swing. This is a historical building and we had to walk up about a dozen steps to our room, which may pose a problem for some. We will definitely be staying here again! I would highly recommend Lincoln Inn!"

"The inn was marvelous. The inn keeper and her husband the maintenance man were charming and responsive to our needs and kept the place immaculate. The restaurant was dissapointing. Service was terrible, eggs were over cooked. Toast was slathered in butter (I think it was butter). No salt, pepper or any other condiments were on the table and the waitress was no where to be found so we ate the meal as it was getting cold. We did not go back the next day"

"This was the perfect place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Woodstock was a place we frequented throughout our dating years and our marriage. This home was close to town but private. It was absolutely beautiful inside and easy to get to. The owners were communicative from the moment we booked and responded promptly with any questions. It was so easy. We were able to go into town, and come back and relax at the house. It was absolutely perfect. It was as advertised as well. There were no surprises. We will definitely go back and we're looking forward to bringing our kids with us next time."

"This was a memorable and fun filled trip. The falcon house chalet is lovely. You can tell the things inside were carefully curated, and the surrounding woods, Finnish sauna, babbling brook made it so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. We made good use of the bikes and enjoyed many activities nearby. We highly recommend falcon house for a chill Vermont vacation. Kat, the host was lovely, made sure we had all we needed and she was in contact via text in case we had questions. "

"Margarete and Alice welcomed us upon arrival. The house was the quintessential New England home! It was super clean, our bed was very comfortable with soft welcoming linens. The views are incredible, and the property provided much needed peace and tranquility. The weather was not the best but we managed to find plenty to do in the area. Alice, Margarete's black lab, took us for a hike on the property. She was an excellent playful guide! We look forward to returning to this peaceful retreat in the mountains."

"My family and I had the best time at Kat's property in Woodstock. It provided a great long weekend escape with easy access to Woodstock, Killington, hiking trails, and Hanover. The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with games, sporting equipment, and cookware so that we could spend time as a family. Highlights were a pre-work skin up Ramshead and saying hello to the horse next door. We will definitely be coming back in the future. "

"A group consisting of 2 families with kids stayed at the residence. The house was spacious with sleeping on (3) levels. The primary living space along with the basement family provided more than enough room for relaxing at the house. The rustic farmhouse vibe is well done. The location is what takes this house to the next level. A dirt road leading up a mountain to the home site past a few old farms and barns, a valley view, and the trail network of Saksadena Six a stones throw away. Great spot to experience the beauty of the mountains and rolling hills of Vermont!"

"Overall a great place in a beautiful area next to a skii hill. There were issues with bugs throughout the place when we first arrived. Its important to note there is no mobile service within a mile of this place so make sure to have your wifi and checkin details available. Some parts of the room were dusty and had cobwebs but the owner did have plenty of towels and supplies to make our stay great."
