Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhoerig. Man hoert jede Kleinigkeit aus dem anderen Zimmer. Es fuehren eine Strasse und eine Bahnstrecke in der Naehe es Hotels vorbei. Das ist stoerend. Das Fruehstueck war ok . Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir wuerden in dieses Hotel nicht mehr gehen. Da gibt es bessere, mit besserem Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis.

Great front desk personnel!

Wish I'd gotten the name of the young lady at the front desk. She was very personable and friendly. The "continental" breakfast is waffles and bread, so don't be too excited about that. Our AC had mold in it and the pillows were bad. Otherwise, the stay was fine for the two nights we were there.

Management unpleasant and bedbugs

Pros: The front desk agents Cinnesha, Cecile and Shawn. They were all VERY PLEASANT and helpful as much as possible.
Cons: Customer service and communication by management. Upholding policy for ALL GUESTS, NOT ONLY SOME!!

My son and I stayed at this hotel while waiting for my new house to be finished so we were essentially homeless during this time. We had to change rooms repeatedly for "various reasons" none that made sense to me but the worst thing was BEDBUGS!! When I was moved into room 217, I was covered in bedbug bites. I saw the bugs and IMMEDIATELY went to the front desk. The desk agent was pleasant and changed my room but management gave me a hard time from that moment on regarding how I paid, extending my stay, compensating me for my inconvenience and appreciation for not making a scene. Then I was asked to (amongst others) to check out. I found out they checked someone in 217 the day after I changed rooms. MANAGEMENT NEVER SPOKE TO ME DIRECTLY WHEN THERE WERE ISSUES.

First of all, we appreciate your business as well as that of each of our other guests. Our goal is to always make our guests comfortable in a clean room. As you know, the management and staff moved you immediately after you mentioned that you saw bedbugs. We had our pest control company come to the property and check the property and the room specifically that you were in for bedbugs. The pest control company reported that there was no sign of bedbugs. Even though there was no sign of bedbugs, management gave you compensation for your inconvenience. We are sincerely sorry that you had issues with our hotel and our service.

Staff was good room was clean very quiet no issues breakfast was ok very basic but it was enough

Disappointed

The staff was friendly and helpful. After that it kind of goes downhill. I can assure you those weren't sleep number mattresses like it says in the description on the Hotels.com website. Our pillowcases looked dirty. I was underwhelmed by the hotel.
