Decent hotel for a great price.

Room carpet was a little worn but clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Reccomend for short stay.

Pros: This hotel has a Great friendly staff , always a clean stay. The beds are very comfortable .
Cons: Needs updating a little , but great hotel not too far from the city

Quiet,convenient location

Location: The hotel is conveniently located to Walmart and numerous restaurants it's about a 15-minute drive to the nearest movie theater
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was under Renovations and understandable but we had no problems

Nice neighborhood, close to Walmart and restaurant

Overall, good place to stay for a night or two. Could hear the people above us pretty clearly, but didn't affect our stay too much to complain

Making Improvements

Pros: The cleaning staff is very nice.
Cons: Smokiness Quality of rooms
Location: There are fast food restaurants nearby and many are in walking distance. Walmart and Walgreens are in walking distance. It is close to the highway.
Renovations are taking place, and that's great and they are needed. The rooms have not been renovated. My sheets had cigarette burns. Don't stay on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is smoking, and the smoke comes on the 2nd floor through vents.

Convenient to airport

Good location close to I85 S

Pros: Clean, quiet room, every thing in good repair.
Cons: Uneven floors can cause trips
Location: Fast food, Walmart near.
Halfway through trip south of Atlanta (light traffic at 8 P M) . Lots of food choices close.

Disappointed upon arrival.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rooms should be available at precise check-in times not an hour later.
Location: The location was great and very assessable to the interstate for traveling.
With most hotels the check-in time is 3 p.m., but upon arriving after traveling 12 hours, the room was not available and once available the hotel has no clean linen for guests. After waiting an hour to enter room, the room was not thoroughly clean and had a very distinct odor.

Due to some circumstances that were experienced by a guest (not hotel related) several rooms had to check out later than scheduled. Therefore, as you can imagine, we ran behind. Management unpleasant and bedbugs

Pros: The front desk agents Cinnesha, Cecile and Shawn. They were all VERY PLEASANT and helpful as much as possible.
Cons: Customer service and communication by management. Upholding policy for ALL GUESTS, NOT ONLY SOME!!

My son and I stayed at this hotel while waiting for my new house to be finished so we were essentially homeless during this time. We had to change rooms repeatedly for "various reasons" none that made sense to me but the worst thing was BEDBUGS!! When I was moved into room 217, I was covered in bedbug bites. I saw the bugs and IMMEDIATELY went to the front desk. The desk agent was pleasant and changed my room but management gave me a hard time from that moment on regarding how I paid, extending my stay, compensating me for my inconvenience and appreciation for not making a scene. Then I was asked to (amongst others) to check out. I found out they checked someone in 217 the day after I changed rooms. MANAGEMENT NEVER SPOKE TO ME DIRECTLY WHEN THERE WERE ISSUES.

First of all, we appreciate your business as well as that of each of our other guests. Our goal is to always make our guests comfortable in a clean room. As you know, the management and staff moved you immediately after you mentioned that you saw bedbugs. We had our pest control company come to the property and check the property and the room specifically that you were in for bedbugs. The pest control company reported that there was no sign of bedbugs. Even though there was no sign of bedbugs, management gave you compensation for your inconvenience. We are sincerely sorry that you had issues with our hotel and our service.
