Cons: Everything.
Location: Lots.
Dump, Dump, Dump. Don't stay at this Motel. You would be better off camping out.

Bad Hotel

I know there aren't many options in Martin, but just splurge for the Hampton Inn or whatever the nicer hotel in town was. This is pretty bad.

Cons: needs to be remodeled inside of room.
nothing special, fair at best. needs remodeling paint peeling, cracks in ceiling.

Worst Motel I've ever stayed in

Cons: Everything
I never write reviews. This was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. I can't believe it is legally open. Everything was dirty and smelled bad. Everything. The best fix would be to tear it down.

Close to UT Martin is the only good thing

Hotel was not that great. Close to what we needed. Hotel did not have reservation on file. Customer service was not good. He would not look at my reservation on my phone. Spent 30 minutes trying to resolve error. Hotels.com sent a confirmation after sometime and we were able to check in.
