Nice hotel close to everything

Dirty!!!

Could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Cheaper than the other hotels nearby, for a reason.

We always stay in Extended Stay Union City CA

Pros: Good and friendly employees
Cons: Need to clean more, we found ants on top of the bed.
Location: good surroundings, lot things to do.
There were people smoking Marijuana inside the hallway. I have a child and I did not let him out until the next morning which was still smell. It needs more cleaning.

Stay away from Mechanical Room

Stayed 2 nights in room #425. Should have checked what was next to my room. So much noise came from the Mechanical Room which was directly against the wall on bed side. It was too annoying during the day. Imagine what it would be like 5am! And the bad thing was it was't a machine making that noise. It was clearly someone in the Mechanical Room banging on something. Good job, you guys.

Not all Extended Stays are bad as I have stayed in some very nice ones but this one is really beat up. I have been in nicer roadside Motels

Never again staying in this hotel. Customer services was really bad. Hotel was very dirty

Bad hotel no parking sue to location.

Bad experience no parking due to hotel its located in a big shoping center , several restaurants and movie theater around hotel. No housekeeping available only once a week, floor was filthy and carpets were dirty, room smell horrible. Specially the smoking floor. No complimentary breakfast its more like a snack. Staff are friendly and nice but, and multitask answering phones, helping guests seems like they do the housekeeping aswell. So it made me wonder if they change the linen after guest check out. I definitely would not stay here again.

Was told the room is not to be clean unless stay more than seven days. And can't not pay with cash if stay less than seven days! All of above were unheard of from all the years I have stayed at the hotel around the word!
