Great area.

The hotel was near restaurants, theatre and stores. Great location! Will stay there again.

The staff was great but the room had Roaches && The Shower water did not get hot

Not Worth The Money

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: clean every day and have towels, shampoo and soap replenished every day. clean the room and the doors.
Location: a mall with all kind of stores and restaurants
At check in, I asked for a very quiet room, and I was told that I was getting a very quiet room on the first floor. I was given the first room next to the stairs and elevators. one of the two elevators was not working, the stairs was very busy. All night long, every night, people were very noisy using the stairs and closing doors. The coffee was sprayed all over the side of the bathroom door. I had to go ask for shampoo and soap and towels. Breakfast was very very minimal like the call it on the go.

Affordability is its only virtue

Pros: Kitchen facilities in the room. TV and wi-fi worked fine, although the wi-fi seemed a bit slow.
Cons: The "grab'n'go" breakfast buffet could be easily upgraded.
Location: Shopping area - Walmart, other big-box chain stores.
This should be more comfortable than it is for an extended stay. It is in a somewhat obscure location, tucked behind a TGIF in a large shopping area in the East Bay. The A/C struggled to keep the room cool on a day that was warm but not hot. The "grab'n'go" breakfast buffet consisted of coffee, small packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal - not great. I had to go out to get milk and juice.

Cons: There are a lot of things to improve
Location: Good location.
I stayed two days and it was a really interesting experience. Technically there was no room service what so ever and if happens you need clean towels simply you should take them to wash and get the new one. They don't provide you any suppliers such as hair dryer, coffee maker, water cups, etc. internet speed is extremely low and if you like to have a better internet service you MUST pay. I like their idea of not giving you too much of option for the breakfast(MUFFIN & COFFEE). they assume you going to Starbucks anyways lol

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience and they bring their own personal items. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. But, we are happy to provided in-room amenities. All these items are available at front desk. Towels and linens may be exchanged at the front desk anytime and complimentary. If we did not communicate this at the time of check-in, we are sorry.
