Location: Great location. Public transportation right across the street. easy access to San Francisco or Silicone Valley
Friendly staff, clean room, fast internet service and the price was right.

Alone time

From the time you step in to the lobby every thing is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and filling. If I need a get away I would choose this hotel

Very confortable and clean hotel. I very much enjoyed this place just like other Holiday Inn Express hotels.

I like the idea of water with lemon at the lobby

Pros: The solar heated pool and the price
Cons: Give the points to everybody regardless of who booked them
Location: date location is closed to a mall and quiet residential area
I don't understand why I could not get IHG points just because I rested with Expedia.

Always come back - great staff

My husband and I stayed here for a family visit and it has become our go to place since. Most hotels in the area are comparably priced and equal in amenities but the staff here have just been wonderful - always genuinely polite and accommodating. Most recently I stayed for a funeral and they found a quite place for us to talk with the minister after hours. I have also booked my mother, who has limited vision, here because I know if she needs a little extra help it will be there.

I didn't like the experience

After driving 7 hrs tired I god to my hotel expecting to rest only to get the key of my room when to get my stuff in my car on my way back inside they told me to wait they have to check if they had the room ready.! Then they said they will give me an other room So i got and other room i went up to my room the key doesn't work.! So I went back they gave me an other one didn't work either..! I went 3 times to get new keys finally the house keeper opened the door for me.!! I only got my key around 10 pm that day that was really upsetting..!
