There were too many questionable events, elevator not working, phone service not working, fire alarm going off. The staff was very nice.

The rooms are pretty straight, the hallway lobby area need work, the mold smell is terrible on those areas. The parking lot is very small need for space to accommodate visitors.

It felt very unsafe. People were heckling patrons in the parking lot. Ended up not going for dinner, just stayed in the room. Pool was closed, (not advertised), waffle iron broken, smoke alarm kept beeping, and loud shouting from the room next door….won’t be going back. On the plus side, it was clean.

You get what you pay for. It could be cleaner, I found a ball of grey hairs behind my mattress. The hotel food consisted of oranges and waffle mix where you make your own waffle. There are many stores that are easy accessible around the area. The building needs a new renovation but like I said you get what you paid for

TV want working, person working front desk was of no help . The gentlemen was rude and refused to accommodate in any way. Loud guests with police cars outside all night. Nice place just run by rude people and located in a bad area. As much as it cost to stay here you could find somewhere with better service / better area.

I was very surprised by how bad this hotel was. It is supposed to be a nonsmoking facility but smelled of cigarettes and pot in the halls and elevators. The rooms were dirty and the service was horrible. I would not recommend this place at all.

Breakfast there are waffles eggs sausage toast muffins coffee orange juice bagels egg McMuffin yogurt cereal & mini donuts. Jacuzzi & pool needs to be cleaned. Jacuzzi takes 30mins to get hot. Avg clean rooms. Overall not bad for a low budget hotel 😊 black housekeeping man was very rude but other staff were nice.This hotel is close to all the restaurants and 1 hr away from shoppes at Atlanta outlet. Nice experience overall .

Place had smahed dead cockroaches on wall. Took pictures as proof. Live cockroaches in pool area. Didnt take pictures. Them guys as fast. Was supposed to have shuttle to airport. They woke up a guy that isnt even on payroll to take us. Then they took the $10 tip i left the day for the driver(put it on card,had no cash). Told driver i put it on card. He said owners are slave masters. Said paid under table, said they lived there and havent been paid in weeks. They stuck there because no money. Their words were they were a 2023 slave. I cash app the driver the $10, i felt bad. Then after i arrived home. The shuttle driver called me. He asked owner about previous 10 i had given. The owner had driver call me and ask me about it. When i said i left it woth Raj. Raj got on phone and cussed me and told me he was taking my security deposit. Do not stay here. Nasty, the whole works there. They can be seen walking at all hours in pajamas. Very unprofessional.

The "hot breakfast" consistent of sausage swiming in grease and an empty tray of eggs. When alerting the front desk that the eggs were out, their response was, "there are no more" This was one hour before breakfast was supposed to be over. I booked this hotel speficially because it advertised a hot breakfast.

We got a great rate on this room for our family of 3. The room was not the cleanest. Hair on the bathroom wall. The shower head was rusted and the coat rack was broken. Staff was friendly. Also the pool area was not well kept. The spa had dirt in the bottom and the walls had scum around the edges. Has potential to be a decent hotel but could use a good stubbing.

I was given different information about how to arrange for an airport shuttle each time I spoke with them about it. The bed was okay but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The coffee maker and hair dryer in my room didn't work. The vending machine took my money, although they did get the product from the vending machine for me when i spoke to them. The room wasn't dirty per se, but it was very run down looking with things like large stains on the carpet, poorly repaired damage in the bathroom wall and what looked like a couple of holes from cigarette burns on the bedspread.

The property on a whole was just not what I expected, room is very small, bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast is continental. I checked out early and was told manager would call me about my refund, never happened. Plus they charge me extra for checking out a day early!

I called as our delayed flight was boarding (after I booked the room) to ask about shuttle service from the airport. I told the front desk I had an hour and a half flight and my flight was due to get in at 1215AM (after baggage it would be well after 1230AM. He said “no problem, give us a call when you land and we will send the shuttle to get you.
I called several times and talked to several people after we landed because NO ONE was picking up the phone at the front desk of the hotel. FINALLY a lady said she would call the emergency number for the hotel manager. The manager informed her that their shuttle service ended at 12:00 and that no one would come pick us up! They were going to leave a paid customer at the airport stranded!!!! I’m furious at their horrible customer service! We have been traveling all day and dealing with cancelled and delayed flights to have them not offer the service we paid for! I requested a cancellation so I could get a hotel room with a hotel that had a shuttle and Ramada came through where my booked hotel failed! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service on Choice hotels part!!
