- iIt was very clean and the housekeeping services were great. Left the room later in the day but the room was still clean with fresh towels/toiletries when I returned.
- Very dangerous neighborhood within one block in any direction
- Food delivery is left in an office on the first floor. It is a $5 charge for staff to bring it up to your room
- No mini fridge (do not know if one is provided upon request for medications)
- No beverage/snack machine which makes it difficult when the neighborhood is dangerous and you don’t want to leave the hotel at night
- You can purchase from the hotel itself but I don’t know what is offered or the cost
- Front doors are extremely heavy. On two occasions, staff members were behind the door and did not offer to at least hold the door while I struggled with packages or heavy luggage
- With the exception of one staff member, staff does not greet you when you pass the front desk entering or leaving.
- There was a luggage rolling cart but no one offered to help with luggage or even offer the cart to help yourself
