"Nice hotel but needs a remodel"
For the four and a half stars it received, I expected a little more updated room. The lobby was beautiful but the rooms were a bit small and definitely needed renovation they didn't have coffee or pen an paper in the rooms. You had to go to the lobby to get some coffee and only during certain times. Be prepared to pay $57 for parking too. lot of little hidden fees( $25 for resort fee for coffee in the lobby and several things we didn't use, and what is an SF surcharge? ). I will say it had a lot of character and the staff was nice.
