We truly enjoyed our stay at this delightful, elegantly appointed boutique hotel. The room is very romantically decorated and the staff is elegant, polite, helpful and professional. The location at the top of Nob Hill is close to everything and full of the best of old SanFrancisco. We will definitely ...
I arrived at the hotel many hours before normal check in. The staff were great, for just a small fee I was able to get into a room at 10:30 am. The public spaces are very updated and attractive and the upstairs bar has large windows overlooking the street below.
The lobby was very elegant and fancy and the amenities in the room are almost complete (no tootbrush, however) but I do find that majority of western hotels doesn’t have complimentary toothbrush. My biggest complain would be the staffs. I called a day before my trip to ask for questions regarding ...
Actually only unpleasing thing was the super noisy AC. It was impossible to rest or watch TV, talk on the phone while it was on. If they just revise the HVAC system, the hotel will be pleasing or excellent for most of the customers.
We had a great stay. Everyone was nice. Our flight was very delayed and we got into hotel very late - around midnight. The check in line was surprisingly long and we were really tired. They were so nice and upgraded our room as a gesture. The concierge staff all were above and beyond. Valet staff ...
We had a enjoyable stay here. The hotel is beautiful and room was very comfortable. The staff was professional, sincere and genuinely happy to assist with our needs.
We booked through Expedia and paid more for a room upgrade with view. The room provided as on the 5th floor with views of building roof. The front desk stated that all the rooms at the hotel didn’t really offer any view so even if we waited for another room at a higher floor, it would not have mattered. ...
This hotel is well located near union square. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Good transport to attractions many in walking distance. Rooms are a generous size with modern fittings and comfortable furniture. Good storage space and some ktchen facilities. Hotel staff are very helpful. ...
Great location to everything, we could walk to everything. Staff were very helpful with local knowledge and directions. Would definitely stay there again, loved it.
We had a great stay in the hotel. Very pleased with service provided. Hotel is centrally located and close to all major sights. I will definitely recommend it.
San Francisco is a great city to visit. The hotel places you in a convenient location with easy access to Chinatown, the Cable Car lines, Coit Tower and Fisherman’s Wharf. I would have liked more updated HVAC controls in the room.
Perfect location, very accesible. Staff is extremely friendly (Justin is one name I remember but all are welcoming and helpful). Hotel is accesible by public bus, cable train and subway system. Tons of stores and dining within walking distance. Highly recommend!!!
Wow, wow, wow. Great hotel and staff. Will be back to this place. Staff can't do enough for you and the rooms a neat. Highly recommend. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance.
