“I almost never take time to give a bad review, but in this case, I think it’s fair for potential customers to know information.
Firstly, I’d like to point out, there was a very nice young woman who did try to help. Other than that, we were disappointed in our stay and will not be going back.
The room smelled of smoke. The mattress was covered in cheap plastic, so the thin sheets slid off easily. The bed covering was very very thin. The air conditioner worked, but was loud and covered in dust.……

“For the price, it would be hard to find a better hotel. The entire hotel - from the lobby, to the breakfast room, to the hotel room - was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's in a safe, well-lit area. We stayed two nights and was very happy with the entire experience. The pool was closed but no one with me had any plans to swim so it didn't bother us at all. It's one of the best economy hotels I'd stayed at in my travels.”

“I had called a week ago to make sure the 4-year-old was added to the booking, and the lady told me it was "common sense" and she didn't need to check. But when I got there, she flipped.
