Nice place

The heater in the room was going out,so was load all night long.other then that was good

It was a nice vacation for new years.. we enjoyed ourselves. Family vacation.

Pros:
nice place for the price. Great pool area Room had no TP or even a TP holder dressers did not open Bed was firm and nice

Everything was great! If I could change anything it would be the temperature of the hot tub, a little on the cool side.

Really nice Hotel at a great price.

Pros: It was clean and the staff was completely professional and courteous.
Cons: I had trouble with the sink draining, so I left a message for the cleaning crew. When I returned that evening, everything was working fine.
Location: Plenty of stores nearby to pick up the things you need (and forgot to pack) when travelling.
I had to stay here because of some personal business and it was a really nice hotel. One really nice feature is that there are plenty of electrical outlets wherever you looked. Near the beds meant I didn't need the extension cord I always take along for the CPAP machine I use every night. Around the desk area meant there was adequate power to plug my laptop into.

Dear Valued Guest, When planning our room renovations one of the things we wanted to do was to provide a multitude of options for charging phones, and easily accessible outlets for other electrical appliances. Many people travel with a cpap machine so I am very happy to hear we were able to make it easy for you to use. Thank you for letting us know:)

Location: The location was good. We saw Laurel Caverns, Fort Necessity, Fallingwater, and the Flight 93 Memorial.
The heater turned off and on all night. Would've preferred an option to leave on. We tried putting it on "fan" but the air coming out was cold (outside temperature was in the 40s). The shower door didn't fit right and the floor got wet. There was no vent fan in the bathroom.

Dear Valued Guest, It sounds as if you visited a great list of attractions here in the Laurel Highlands. The heater does cycle on and off in order to maintain a constant temperature in the room. I'm so sorry to hear this disturbed your rest. The newly renovated sleeping rooms have walk in showers with a door. I will be sure to have our maintenance staff check to make sure it is operating properly. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
