Beware

Beware they don’t tell you this hotel is in the red light district. The room had electric outlets that did not work. We did not feel comfortable staying here so we left and got a room at the Liki Tiki village. It was excellent. We asked for a refund since we did not stay there and we were only they’re long enough to look at the room and leave. They would not give us our money back nor would Expedia. Run do not just walk from this place!

Nice weekend

Just a small getaway from working all the time. Had an awesome stay very nice room and not far from shopping areas.

Poor customer service

Upon my arrival I called front desk advising them my check in time will be after 10pm. She stated no worries the security guard will have the key and she will call me in the morning . I called the front desk the security guard has the key but demanding a copy of my credit card HE rudely stated no credit card no key. I showed him the receipt the room is already paid for one night and I was told that they will follow up with me In the morning. I didn't feel comfortable giving a copy of my card to him. He argued with me for 45mn before he got approval from his boss to release the key... I will never recommend anyone to that place they have poor communication with their staff and the outside was dirty. Never again the worse experience ever, I never treated so poorly as a customer .

Gross!!! NEVER AGAIN...

Checked out a day early because it was awful... Ended up paying for another hotel just to get out of this one. Never again. Stay far away from this one... I wouldn't be shocked if there are things going on after hours!

Good for what it was.

The room was great. It doesn't take much to impress us, but when we pulled up it didn't seem all that nice. From the outside it looked like a motel, but when we walked in there was a kitchen with plenty of things to use. Plus the bed is huge and there's so many towels everywhere which was awesome. The TV in the living room didn't seem to be working but that didn't bother us because the tv in the bedroom worked fine. The spa tub was nice, but while filling it, the hot water ran out so when you wanted to refill it would you only got cold water. All the napkins and towels were in these cute little fans, but there aren't any toiletries besides bars of dial soap. All in all it was a nice little place and I'd stay again.
