Nice waterpark

The water park is great. The slides are for all ages! The water temperature was warm. They also have a bar and fast food restaurant. Many activities for kids. The maid service was awful I asked 4 times to have room cleaned.

The WiFi strength was not very good. Couldn't really use electronic devices cause of weak signal.

Worst time out of my third time staying

First off i was there for my sons surprise birthday. When we got there the hotel informed us the water park was closed for days we were gonna be staying there. They charged us half price resort fees. Then secondly the WiFi was slower then my cell phone service. Then they had to change our rooms because of bugs. Then the second room had a roach in the refrigerator. Never would i stay there again. Only thing good was customer service because they felt they were aware of the bug problem

My experience with the hotel was a good one. I was disappointed that I wasn't notified that the waterpark would be closed. The staff informed me at check in that it was closed seasonal Monday thru Wednesday and that the company I booked my stay with was suppose to notify me. With that being said if you book through a third party make sure you ask questions or contact the hotel directly before booking third party. The whole purpose in booking that specific hotel was for my daughters to have fun at the waterpark.

Garbage

Toilet didn't flush, they came to repair and made it worse, Roaches in the room Smell of smoke in the room Smell of pot in the hallways Staff could care less. Requested to move to different room, was told no,nothing available. Was booked for 6 nights, left after the first

It's walking distance to many of the attractions, but there are many resorts on international that look cleaner and have a friendlier staff.

Never again!

Due to a late flight, I was guaranteed a room once upon arrival. I arrive at the hotel and of course my room was not ready (My room was already paid for). I was given the run around story and was then told that my room would be ready in 20 minutes. Gloria stated she’d give me a credit as a courtesy since the room wasn’t ready, that credit was not a courtesy since that was ALREADY part of my package deal that I booked through a 3rd party. Thanks for nothing Gloria. I sat near the arcade area as I patiently waited for my phone call and luggage to be delivered to my room. 40 minutes passed by, I walk back to the main lobby and was then told that I will have to wait another 20 minutes since my room is STILL not ready. Suddenly minutes later, after laughing and giggling was done in the back room they tell me my room number. My luggage were not delivered to my room, I had to grab them again and place them back into my car and drive to my room. What a waste of time! The rooms smell old, the sofa bed had stains all over it. Room service did come in and changed our towels except for 1 day. The rooms are connected so we overheard an entire argument at 6am with our ghetto neighbors. The waterpark was fun, clean and spacious. If you’re staying at this place, be prepared for a ghetto, unprofessional and unorganized environment.
