Dont stay at this hotel if you can help it

Pros: They had great chocolate at the front desk
Cons: Better lighting and clean the rooms more thoroughly.
Location: Universal and Disney World.
Very poor living conditions there was sticky stuff and stains all over the floor and the bathroom smelled bad. The price of the room was also very expensive I travel to Orlando multiple times a year and I will NOT be stay at this hotel again.

Leslie, it is disheartening to read your review regarding issues with our housekeeping. We strive to provide clean facilities for all our guests and it seems that we fell short of this during your stay. We did have a meeting with our housekeeping department to see where we went wrong as we do double check each of our rooms prior to the next guest arriving. Great experience

As my first time traveling alone, it was great. I was able to have the free breakfast and start my day right and then come back to my room and enjoy my stay.

Fleas in the bed and bedding looked dirty.when i called the desk they put me on hold and never came back.

First room they gave us when we went to it hadn’t been cleaned but overall it was ok just for overnight stay

Hotel was ok.

Just a heads up the hotel has no ice machine or a pool. For breakfast they had no milk for your cereal. It consisted of two types of bagels, white bread, three types of cereal with no milk, coffee, oats and juice. It is pet friendly too. Upon enter the room smelled very strong of bleach.

close to attractions

Pros: Close to attractions and shopping.
Old hotel. Was traveling by myself(women)Didn't feel safe. Nothing in kitchen. Had to get any items for kitchen from front desk. Floors were sticky. Get what you pay for !!

Horrible Customer Service

Pros: They had a room available when we needed it.
Cons: Front desk customer service.
Location: N/A
We had a team of off duty police officers there helping after hurricane Irma hit. The guys hadn't had any sleep or a shower in several days. When they tried to check in there was issue with the online reservation we made and as the guys were on the phone trying to get it worked out, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, telling them to, "take it outside". The officers were respectful and did that. When the work plans changed and the team had to check out sooner than originally planned, the same woman at the front desk was AGAIN very rude to them.

Decent Hotel

My stay was very decent. Great location close to the attractions, restaurants, shopping both textiles and groceries. Nice place to stay and you can refrigerate and cook also. - money saver.
