Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. However, this hotel has saw better days and is quite run down. Was ok for us because we only needed 2 nights before our hotel was reopened after storm damage. Unfortunately my friends would not thank me if I sent them there on my recommendation.

There was a long line at the check in. Only two people were assigned at the desk of which I believe one was the night manager. Not many smiles were coming our way. The room was bare essentials. Nothing bad or spectacular about the linen, towels and toiletries. But as soon as we started to fall asleep we heard some scratching. There was a critter in our room !!! We never saw the rodent but it was definitely there scratching at different intervals through the night. Would never go there again! !! Also the fee breakfast was next to thing. Most of the things kept running out and not much refills by the staff. I hardly ever post bad reviews but the staff definitely needs to raise their standards.

It was tolerable on the outside and a bit better in the room. Staff was fine if a tad stiff.

Love the comforters. Cozy room. They were in the middle of a remodel but I think that's good, it shows they put money into the hotel.

Staff were very attentive. Will go the extra mile. Not too fancy but family friendly.

The room was clean but all the furniture and installation was old. We used our bedsheets because we didn't feel comfortable with theirs. For the price you can't expect much

A Place to Crash

Pros: The Price & Location to the Park's
Cons: More Front Desk Help
Location: Close by all the main attraction's such as Universal Studios or Seaworld
I was just looking for a cheap,clean and safe place for my 8 year old daughter and I to rest our head's after a LONG Day at Universal Studios and I found it since I am a Florida Resident.Hotel Employees where courteous and suggested WaWa across the street for a bite to eat which was a Nice Surprise. Room was clean and they had a large breakfast in the AM to choose from so my daughter was happy with her pancakes,though she wanted waffles lol, she even took a dip in the pool before we left.... We did have (to me) a rather long wait to check in (about 45 minutes,in line) at 11:00 PM because there was just one person at the front desk,he handled it all graciously even with tired and grouchy guest though there should be additional front desk help at this time for all those leaving the park's and needing to check in,I had no trouble since once to the front as I did book through Expedia,other than confusion on my end as to where the room was located,but that could be due to my extremely tired nature and toting a tired 8 year old. I definitely plan to book here again...Thank You!!

There was a slight problem with reservation but the staff was very helpful and cleared up right away. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff was very pleasant. Will definitely stay there again
