Not the best

Pros: Cleanliness
Location: Location was not idea but was sufficient. Things near by were fine.
Room accommodation was not met. However, room was clean and nice. Was not greeted as a Gold Member.

given tyhe wrong room

Pros: The location
Cons: n/a
Location: it was good.
I suffered through with the wrong room. I was given a handicap room, and the management didn't have a desire to help Even though I am a Hilton Honors member. The bath room was dirty and the toilet broke . They never came to fix it.

Worst customer service ever from management.

It's so sad that people who hold the "MOD" title are the most unpleasant personnel of the property. Spoke with Anthony and another manager in reference to my concern, and their response was short, cold, and unprofessional. Seem as our party or 3 rooms was a bother for them. Housekeeping personnel should train the front office staff when it comes about empathy and customer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING

Breakfast was amazing and the price for our stay was great. You definelty get your bang for your buck. The room decor was a little outdated but I overlooked that because of there great hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel

Nice place to stay with every thing you need in walking distance. The beds was really comfortable and the room and facility were clean and nice.

Nothing bad to say. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Room we had was perfect for our Family of 5.
