Good option to get up in the morning, spend the whole day out and come back to a nice shower and comfy bed. Walking distance to Universal parks.

The Nastiest hotel and Expedia can't Do anything

That's right, Expidia has a contract with this hotel that restricts them from helping and refunding the money to their own customers. My first room looked like a crack house. Carpet was torn, walls were yellow, lamps were dim and dirty , and torn, had two queen size beds , both had an old mattress on topic another old mattress , which were both filthy and broken, no box spring. One will dip in the middle while laying down. Shower was filthy and dirty, knobs and screws were falling off. Towels had food crumbs and food stains on them. Saw tiny little roaches roaming the headboard area. Sheets were filthy and dirty. White sheets looked like a used up white sock that's been use for weeks. I called expedia, all they told me was to call the hotel. The hotel got me another room in very similar conditions, only instead of the mold dew smell, I had to endure the smell of bleach. Fresh bleach was even on the tv counter. Called expedia again and they said if the hotel can't do anything, neither can't we. Was on the phone from 11:00pm -1:45am. DON'T BOOK HERE, EVEN IF IT'S CHEAP. DON'T DO IT.

The room was nasty

The room was dirty the floors was stained so was the tub the curtains was ripped I tried getting a refund or another hotel but expidea was not any help I’m still very angry

Wouldn’ recomend for a family stay AT ALL

Room was dirty apples under the bed, broken faucet handles bathroom smelled like smoke. Rooms had no mini fridges to store drinks or food...breakfast wasnt what i expected at all,it was all microwaved food,kitchen personel wasnt too inviting....front desk lady was VERY NICE and friendly

Happy to be able to go back to Disney World

Pros: Close to lots of restaurant options.
Cons: The hotel is exactly what it is meant to be, an affordable option for those needing to be mindful of a budget.
Location: Easy to find and close to numerous restaurants, the I-4 interstate, and lots of gift shops.
The Hotel was a disappointment, but it was acceptable for anyone on a budget. The front desk staff person that assisted us was extremely nice. The Expedia package that included a per day credit towards the coffee house/breakfast area, was very disappointing. I wound up not going down there for the last 2 days of our trip. No problems with staff, just disappointing in what it was. The room was tolerably clean, but the A/C had trouble keeping the room cool enough, in February.

Value for Money

Pros: Price and location
Cons: The hotel could do with being refurbished as it is a little tired, however we feel this is reflected in the price we paid for 14 nights.
Location: You can walk to Universal Theme Parks in 10 to 15 minutes and it is close to all other amenities that International Drive has to offer.
This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. We booked 14 nights including breakfast and we understand that we get what we pay for but it is exactly where we want to be when we are in Florida and the room is for sleeping in and to get a shower. The hotel also has its own pool and sunbeds which we also use if we are between destinations (either the theme parks or restaurants). We are looking forward to our next stay as it gives value for money.

Ok for the price

Pictures online are definitely from earlier time. Room was pretty run down. Ceiling was falling in in the bathroom. No wifi. It was ok for the price but wish I would have spent a little more and stayed somewhere else.

not recommended for long stay, jist one night only

Bath is very nesty, water pipes all pluged and water stay 30-60 min. Ald building, noise. scream in one room - all building know that is go in on. Location is to close to Universal Studio is nice but breakfast is not invluded, Wi-Fi working only in lobby, don’ work in room. Enterier in room very old. Carpet and beds is very old.
