Older hotel, small rooms, room cleaning late

Too cramped for four people, cleaning too late in the day, smelled weird, right on the street side. Just a place to stay. Nothing fancy. Lady at the desk was nice. Did have a restaurant. Close to Universal but wouldn't stay again.

Smaller Scale Luxury

This is a well located, smaller luxury hotel. It has a terrific staff and all the conveniences of a large 4-star hotel, without being a large property. Self-parking is easy and convenient. The restaurant and bar off the lobby (Olive's Bistro) is comfortable and open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Breakfast room service delivery is also available. The rooms are well appointed... and the windows actually open to allow for fresh air. I enjoyed my stay and will be back next time I visit Burbank!

Nice staff but hotel not worth the price we paid!

Pros: Staff
Cons: Needs to be renovated, painted.
Location: Near Universal Studios
The staff was nice but the hotel was outdated and not worth the price we paid! We stayed at the Coast Anabelle Hotel in Burbank which wasn't too far from Universal Studios. The room was ok, not very clean because the wall near the bed was dirty. Also, the pool was across the street so not the best hotel but we made it work for a short stay!

Outdated and not worth the price!

Pros: Staff
Cons: Update/remodel rooms, paint because the wall near the bed was dirty!
Location: Close to amusement parks
The hotel staff was nice! The room was outdated, somewhat clean and not worth the price we paid for it!

Expensive for what you get--pool across the street

Overall rooms were well cleaned and maintained but I don't think worth nearly $270 per night -no continental breakfast or anything.at least parking was free.
