It was good. They have free popcorn and coffee. I could walk to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Bad Neighborhood, no dining any where, long walk !

Pros: nothing
Cons: location , dining/ places to eat , transportation to Universal !!! Bad area to be walking around !!
Location: lousy location , bad area, right off Highway, scary walk to Universal especially at night !! should have transportation !! Very expensive for what yoh
Bad ,, terrible area while we were their the police looking for a murder suspect in area !!! Old hotel , long walk to Universal and all up hill !!! scary walk at night, couple of shady bars with people hanging around !!! Hotel run down, VERY EXPENSIVE !!! don't bite go some where else !!

Tiny pool. Worried about bed bugs. Charge $15 per day to park your car. Website is NOTHING like how the hotel really is

Never been to this hotel before. Very comfortable room, excellent service....great overall experience.y husband and I had a great stay.

Accommodating staff

The staff was great and was beyond helpful in accommodating my early check-in so I could get some sleep after an overnight flight. The room at first sight was nice, but a closer look revealed multiple paint colors, holes in the walls and grossly stained ceiling tiles. For around $200 a night in LA, it's a great deal.

Hotel was Horrible

Pros: The fact that its close to the Park.
Cons: Customer Service would be one big thing to improve, and making sure that the rooms are clean for customers. Do not Duct tap the beds skirts.
Location: Universal studios park
Even though the hotel is close by Universal Studios Park, The overall cleanness of the hotel was horrible there were beetles and Cockroaches in the bathroom. The housekeepers where rude.
