Nice interior design
The hotel was fine, nothing exceptional but overall nice with interesting interior design. Probably was overvalued for the quality. Staff wasn't very friendly, in fact I'd go as far to say they all were a bit rude. Across the street is a restaurant that was great for breakfast.

Nice hotel close to universal studios
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking employees were very quick and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. Had a great view of universal park. Although our room was near a construction area, we never heard any noise. Will definitely be coming back.
