I had a great experience here. The room was large and comfortable, and it was also very clean. The staff were very friendly. There is a free shuttle that takes you within a two mile radius.

Walking Distance to Case Western Reserve

Booked 1 night to attend Case Western Reserve's open house. 10-minute walk to campus. Very nice room at a decent cost. Nice, comfortable queen-sized beds. Ample space for 4 adults. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but VERY expensive. Breakfast for 4 = $70. Mine was 1 egg over easy, 2 pieces of toast, 3 strips of bacon and a handful of potatoes. For $70 I could have fed the family all 3 meals at a fast food restaurant.

Pros: The staff were super helpful and friendly.
Cons: The motion activated light kept turning on when I moved during sleep. There needs to be a way to turn it off. Also the room had a lot of visual issues
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room could use some sprucing up. The tile and walls were quite scuffed up which made it look dirty. The lights are motion activated so if you are someone who moves around in your sleep prepare to be woken up when the lights turn on.

Pros: See above-mostly the people!
Super service from the main check in to the helpful valet staff. Very polite and friendly staff! Tracey on the night desk brought my missing suitcase to my room at 0030 hrs when it arrived from the airport. James was helpful in recommending spots to eat dinner within walking distance. All the support staff spoke to the guests in the hallways. Definitely would stay here again.

Our fourth stay here. Nice hotel at a good price when visiting CWRU. Breakfast was inconsistent rating from terrible to amazing at each stay. Easy check in/out. Will come again but will have breakfast elsewhere.

Hospital stay

I was there because my daughter was seriously ill in the hospital. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating especially since I didn't know how long I needed to stay. Every day I would go to the desk and renew my reservation for that night. They even arranged housekeeping services to match our sleep schedules as we were rotating our stays at her bedside. Thanks for hiring such nice people. I wish I knew all of their names. The lady whose name begins with a C (Latina lady) was awesome!!!! Her kindness when I was exhausted was so lovely and really gave me an emotional boost. I would highly recommend this hotel!
