Nice hotel close to the Hospital

It good for patients want to go to Cleveland clinic because it is very close to it There are many small restaurant near to the hotel The weather at that time is very nice because this location usually cold but in summer very beautiful

Very Nuce Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights while in town for the Blue Jays games. The rooms are very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The room didn't get cleaned one day but we were hardly there so it didn't matter. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Convenient but not the best. They weren't prepared on the Saturday for the amount of guests that wanted to eat there. They were very apologetic though. I heard a lot of people complaining. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice enough hotel but could use some improvements

We stayed here as we needed a one-bedroom suite and this was the best location for us and most reasonable. It's an interesting building with some unique original features but I wasn't overly impressed. The room cleaning was not the best, and I was in the room one day while it was being cleaned so witnessed a fairly slap-dash effort. The staff are nice enough overall though. The breakfast is terrible - truly awful - and completely overpriced. Avoid at all costs! If I was returning I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Fabulous Staff

Cons: parking
Location: Went to a wedding hosted at the hotel ( also stayed at hotel) Nearby was the botanical gardens, museum of Art. Went to an Indians game. Fun
The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, helpful. Probably the most helpful engaging staff that I have encountered staying at any hotel. The hotel was pretty, would definitely stay again

Great hotel but I couldn't work the handicap door

The hotel was definitely worth way more than I paid for it. It was awesome but I had a few minor problems. I'm not handicapped but I found the door hard to use and you had to push it REALLY hard to open. Closing it was a nightmare. My toilet wouldn't flush right sometimes. Other than that it was beautiful with amazing staff and great cookies at the front desk!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience of the door. The handicap doors are automatic and powered by a motor which makes them extremely hard to push manually. We hope you'll visit again so that we can give you a room better suited for your comfort.

Perfect location for CWRU graduation

This hotel is a short walk from the Case Quad. The staff was very pleasant and responsive. We had several challenges, however. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 7PM. The manager on duty was responsive and offered appropriate remediation. When we returned to our rooms the next day around 3PM, they had not been cleaned. One of the rooms we stayed in had an overwhelming amount of odor from the cleaning solution that only tapered slowly over the weekend in spite of running the fan. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed with a full house for the weekend. Everyone clearly was trying their best. I hope they can prepare better for further events as the location is great and the rooms quite large and lovely.

Great people old facility

It is an 85+ year old hotel that has been renovated in an ultra modern style. There are a few things that were a bit uncomfortable. No suitcase rack or a low counter to put suitcase on and the bathroom sink was difficult to use. There was a glass shelf above the ultra modern sink which made it difficult to wet ones face while shaving and there was no counter space to sit items The people were great and they bent over backwards to accommodate our needs.

Pros: Lived here 3 years as Graduate House
Cons: Basis functions need to be brought forward if first class is a goal.
Elevators malfunctiomed X2 Eleventh floor. room.taff did their best with a bad situation. Like the place but a bit rough around the edges. Could go either way in the future.
