Overall, the property was good. The location is a bit of a walk from the center of the city, but it’s flat and an easy walk. It took me about 10-12 minutes each way. The room was small and standard but definitely adequate. It was super clean and the bed was comfy although the mattress is a bit worn ...
Staff was great & let us change rooms, to a renovated, upstairs, garden room. Though it was a downgrade, did not feel like it at all! Room service was great, shower was good, missed our spa appointment. My husband was not very impressed with other spa facilities. Loved the location !
Nice, clean hotel on the river. Great staff. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Very comfortable rooms and beds.
