They use perfumes and strong-smelling cleaning products. The hotel therefore has an unpleasant odor and one that caused me to sneeze and cough. Once in the room, we were able to open the windows, which removed the scent.
The Hotel is very centrally located. It is a well maintained nice little Hotel. The outstanding feature is the staff that work there. They were all courteous friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hotel for your stay in London.
Staff helpful and friendly, my room was great, excellent location
Clean, quiet and convenient for the British Library and any travel
Staffs are friendly and room is clean and functional. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is the location of outlet - they are not close to the mirror which made it impossible to look at the mirror while blow drying or curling the hair.
This property main asset is its location. I have stayed here many times.
The location was good ( 5 minutes walk to St Pancras / Kings Cross ) .I had a room on the 5th floor, but it was still noisy at night with sirens constantly going by . The bathroom was very compact , ok for the single traveller . There was air con , a hairdryer and 3 coat hangers, ok for a short stay ...
Fabulous hotel, first class service. Unique and amazing building. The service was exceptional
Everybody was very courteous and professional, I loved my stay and the sauna and steam room were a fantastic addition.
