Nice hotel, close to Riverside Hospital

Pros: Location
Needed a hotel for a night and chose this one because it was close to Riverside Hospital and was a decent price. Was also a good choice. I was a later check in and the night clerk on duty was a wonderfully pleasant & kind and very helpful. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was typical, but eating area was clean and inviting. The checkout experience was quick and the clerk was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Location: Location compared to downtown is fantastic!
Our family had a quick stay and for what we were there for the hotel was fine. The only complaint that I have is that I got on your web site to get a number to call to reserve a room and ended up talking to someone that I had trouble understanding and this person was with expedia not with your hotel and I did not know this at the time. I believe that the amount I was quoted was 154.00 a night and we ended up checking out at over 200.00 for a night.

Great staff

Cons: Firmer mattress
My only complaint is the mattress was too soft, resulting in excruciating back pain for me. The staff was super friendly, the room clean and pleasant. The thermostat was accurate, something I cannot say for most hotels and was quiet (again, something I cannot say for a lot of hotels).

From check in to check out, everything went very smoothly. The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were perfect for my stay. The hotel was close to our event and an easy drive.

Unfortunate Experience

I love the location of the hotel and I really like staying at the hotel when I come to Columbus. I usually have to travel to Columbus at least once per month. And I’ve been staying at this Fairfield Inn because of location and it’s a nice hotel. But on this last visit I contracted a case of athletes foot from either the shower floor or bathroom floor. YUCK!

Pros: THE STAFF
Cons: The doors slam really hard and it got annoying but nothing major.
Location: The college is literally right next door.
This hotel provided such a great experience for me and my family. The staff was so friendly and the room was so clean. The hotel is also only about 7 minutes by car from the university.
