Pros: Location to UCF campus
Disappointing stay. Listed as smoke-free, but the ENTIRE facility smelled of smoke. The stairwells were disgusting. The shower was NASTY, endless amounts of mold! I could have performed a science experiment with what I saw. The wood floors are nice but because of no carpet, you hear EVERYTHING at all hours of the night! I went to the front desk to ask for more towels & pillows; I was given extra towels but was told they have NO EXTRA PILLOWS! Really! Location to UCF not bad, but - OVERALL - not good. I will not be using this facility or recommending it to friends!

The hotel was not as bad as the reviews were saying. I was expecting much worse and it was pretty good for the price to be honest. The only main thing is that the hotel is kinda like a maze and it's scary if you're trying to get to your room quickly at night so there should like be maps or something on like each corridor. They should also have toothbrushes and toothpaste available even if it's the cheap ones.

Lots of residents at this hotel

Location: There was a Cheddars and a Chili's right down the street.
As a single female traveler, this location was not a good choice. There was a lot of activity (traveling subcontractors drinking and smoking and laughing) in the parking lot, although there was a security guard who must have quieted the groups and sent them inside at around 10 pm. The number of people (many of whom obviously lived there) hanging out in the outer corridors was a little uncomfortable for me personally. The door to my room was questionable - the lockset was a little loose and the door wasn't completely level, so I didn't feel 100% safe and secure. The walls were thin, so I could hear the guy next door coughing throughout the night. The kitchenette had no utensils, plates, pans, etc. - it was completely empty, which was a disappointment, as that's why I took a chance on this location (so that I could prepare my own breakfast and dinner). The laminate floors were dirty - definitely not a "barefoot" kind of establishment. I'm sure this is a great place for the guys who hang out together and need a place to crash for the night, just not at all what I was looking for.

Smoky rooms

In all fairness what do you expect for $50. There was nothing available AT ALL in the UCF area. Room smelled like smoke constantly and when we returned for our second night all the bedding was removed and left on top of the beds. They apologized and brought me new bedding to put on myself. The walls are VERY thin too! I did however like the pictures and the bathroom mirror. No little shampoos or soaps but they did have free WiFi. Like I said, what do you expect for $50.

Roaches

No coffee pot as stated. No soaps, shampoo, .... roaches were on ceiling...

It was a little dirty, trash was in stairwell, the entire time I was there. Beer cans beer boxes. Couldn't get any washcloths after first day. When exchanging towels they did not have any clean. Told me to come back later. Also killed to roaches and praying the didn't get into my stuff

Clean hotel with the wrong clientele.

Pros: The staff. The rooms are clean.
Cons: Stop renting to these long term people who have no respect for you property or anyone else's rights. Are you getting government subsidies?
Location: I was there for school. It is located close to UCF, shopping, restaurants and more.
I was initially impressed with the very friendly, helpful staff. The room was efficient and clean and everything was in order. Unfortunately the entire hotel is full of long term guests. These people are packed into the rooms. They smoke in the rooms, hangout in front of the rooms blocking passage, toss their trash everywhere and are noisy all night drinking and fighting. The staff did a good job cleaning up the common areas but these people did not make their jobs any easier. My room stunk of cigarette smoke that was coming in from the A/C unit from people smoking outside my room and via the bathroom vent from other guests smoking in their bathroom. I would not tolerate this again. Sorry you lost me as a return customer.

The location was perfect for our tournament, and the price was good for a school trip budget, but rooms were not clean, no glasses in the rooms, bed was a little hard, and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters.
