“Very nice hotel for me!!”

“A great place to stay only 10 minutes from railway station and a further 10 minute from town centre. All the staff friendly, helpful, welcoming and advising of walks, bar/restaurant. Around the corner of the B & B is a street with many small shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and mini markets.”

“The location of the property is fantastic. The biggest disappointment was we stayed over a very hot weekend and there was no installed air-conditioning therefore a Mobile Aircon unit was brought to the room but it didn’t work and the room was absolutely sweltering all weekend. We couldn’t sleep during the heat and it spoilt our stay.”

“overall, premier inn chester is good, facilities are new and clean. just when stepping in the room, I found cookie wrapper is left at the corner.”

“We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,……

“quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”
