Will not use this brand again

Hotel was not clean and understaffed. My mom smoking room became a smoking room when a.c. was turned on. My throat burned for a day after the irratation.

Most disgusting hotel EVER

Used condoms in the room, used women's underwear and hygiene products, room was "non smoking" but everything smelled like cigarettes - we HAD to leave because of how disgusting. Will NEVER stay at an extended stay again. May not use Expedia either due to you hosting hotels like this.

Absolutely abhorrent!

My fiancee and I left within an hour of being there. Found, what looked like, a short straw used for drugs. Sketchy individuals propping open back door and the entire place smelled of marijuana. The desk attendant refused to check us out upon our departure. When we called Extended Stay's corporate number, we were informed that the customer service department was closed and we should contact the hotel manager. We booked a room ten miles away and left immediately. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

Very unprofessional

Well, I stayed here for some time in between housing and had no issues until I met Sandra. I work, take my kids to school, come back to the room and cook and go to bed! Simple!! I payed for my room last night online and this morning after dropping my kids off on my only day off, I stop at the front desk and ask for a new key and to sign today's registration card. Upon telling Sandra my room number she says I'm banned from now on! I'm clueless! I'm 8 months pregnant with three kids in my room. So I ask for what, she says because I had an altercation with someone and the police came!! Never ever ever had I had Any chaos attached to my name or room! So I tell her ma'am I think you have me mixed up with someone else, she smiles the whole time like she's just pleased to make someone's day miserable! So we go back and forth with me trying to convince her she's mistaken me. So finally after going back and forth I tell her she can keep on telling lies with her right red lip but it's not gonna make it the truth, she says to me, she hopes I don't kiss my kids with my mouth!!! Whoooooaaaa!! It took everything I had in me not to come over the counter!! So once I show a bit of anger she says I'm calling the police. I tell her to call them cause I still have done nothing wrong, she also tells me I must leave at 930 am!! There was a housekeeper, I believe her name was Sharon that witnessed the whole situation! Also when calling the police she says I have a mixed female in front of me!!!

Room not cleaned before we checked in

The shower curtain had black scum and mold, someone's clothes had fallen in between the dresser and were there. Bed linen was already used. We ought our own from Walmart but checked out early and stayed with family in Charlotte. Will never ever stay in this creepy hotel again

Nasty conditions

Before my stay I asked the front desk if my room had been cleaned because I just want to relax and I had a long day. She said the room had been checked by her manager. I open the stove to make me a small dinner and there is food from the previous resident still there. A pan of cabbage and BBQ chicken which didn't no smell well. I called the from desk and they acted as if some type of compensation was not necessary and she didn't care.

Nasty rooms, pee on toilet, black washcloths

The room was nasty, pee on toilet, not white washcloths, they was black suppose to be white. Old food in the room from the guest before..

Overall, good place to stay. We had some trouble with the toilet in our room, but they easily moved us to a new room.

Worst motel stay ever

Cons: Maid Service, key room items
Location: Alittle rough as well.
I'll never stay at an Extended Stay again - ever. I was in a non-smoking room. Room was not clean meaning NASTY presents left in toilet SO you knew nothing else there was cleaned, no TV remote, no ice trays or ice machines. Towels & halls smell like cigarette smoke. Staff leaves with a sign - away helping other guest and things take too long to be resolved. Kitchen had 0 hand towels or paper products. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.
