No staff on property after 12pm. You have to fend on your own. No air conditioning and the room fans, we requested, only worked, after we kicked it a couple off times. The bathroom and toilet were old and stained, from years of use. The reviews, I read about this place are certainly misleading. This Hotel is catering to male workers, who come for the week, to work at the nearby Amazon and BMW facilities. Tourists be aware!

Dear Mrs. C., we are sorry that you did not like your stay in our hotel. We work hard to satisfy all of our guests needs and wishes. That is still our goal and we do succeed in most cases. Regards the other guests it is not true that workers stay at our hotel. The price level ist totally different. 90% of our guests are high-tech engineers and salesmen. In times of Corona it was forbidden to host tourists. Do you really think that hotels like ours would have survived without business guests? I had stayed here before and both stays were very nice. This stay, due to COVID, was different due to all of the changes and updates. They kept me informed if I could stay there or not. Check in was great. She was so polite, helpfull and accommodating. After I had signed in, I filled out what I wanted for breakfast the following morning. I went downstairs in the morning to pick up my tray to take it to my room and the nice young Lady carried it for me to my room. Due to COVID, we received our breakfast in our room or there was a choice of breakfast or a bagged lunch to go. The rooms have always been extremely clean and tidy. The TV is small, but I wasn’t there to watch TV. There is a refrigerator, soap in dispensers in the bathroom, and the obligatory pen and pad of paper. I know that I will be staying there again when I am back in the neighborhood.

Good alternative hotel
I already had a reservation for a hotel in Landsberg am Lech but had to cancel it. I couldn`t find another one near there but this one. It is in the middle of the way. There is no town and only one restaurant near it. The staff was very helpful, very nice. They helped us very much. The breakfast is very good, varity

Nice, clean room and bathroom for the price. Quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast. Decent hotel except the location. No shops around although there are buildings available for occupancy.

OK for a short stay
Hotel is a little isolated and requires a car but was fine for a short business stay. Staff, wifi, room and breakfast were all good. The shower head in room 403 could do with being replaced. There is an Aldi supermarket 100 mtrs away and an Italian restaurant next door.

Want WiFi? Not at LechPark
A weekend for a wedding. If you are in need or desire of access to WiFi, find another hotel. This one has terrible reception. Didn't work but a few minutes per day. For that reason alone, I wouldnt stay there again. Very inconvient. WiFi has become essential in the 21st Century. There is no excuse.

Good Hotel
Good Hotel, close to the autobahn and easy accessible. Not much around but there is a good italian restaurant next door which is very good for a quick bite to eat. Rooms very warm in the summer but there is a convenient fan in the room which is useful. Free Parking and good breakfast provided.

Great service and welcome
Although we arrived late at night, the Gentleman behind reception still had a cheery smile and welcome to give. The hotel is in a good position for business and also leisure as one is within easy reach of the romantic road in Germany. The rooms were very clean and little exytras such as a DVD player was a great addition. The only criticism that one could have would be that the bathroom fittings are now starting to look dated...the enamel look gave way to stainless steel a long time ago.

Great Hotel Near Munich & Augsburg
The hotel was a wonderful surprise - very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious room with windows that can be opened for a breeze. Great view of nearby town and fields. The hotel is conveniently located to both Munich (where we flew in to Germany) and Augsburg (where we wanted to visit.) Nearby is a great country western bar, the Four Corners, featuring live bands on weekends and delicious food and excellent beer. Next door is a wonderful pizza restaurant, D'Aldo. We would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly, free breakfast was outstanding. Very clean, very nice place.

Wonderful Hotel!
Excellent experience. Would not hesitate to go back. Located in rolling farm land with an excellent cowboy bar, Four Corners, located next door.

Die Anmeldung an dem Automat war etwas zeitaufwendig, da angeblich meine anmeldedaten nicht auffindbar waren, nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der angegebenen Telefonnummer, konnte dennoch alles bereinigt werden und meine Zugangskarte wurde mir per Automat , zugestellt. Ansonsten alles ok

Freundliches Personal und sauberes Hotel
Alles war super. Wurden am späten abend sehr höfflich empfangen. Alles wurde super erklärt und auch zeitgenommen.Frühstück war sehr reichlich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Gutes mittelklasse Hotel!
Fand das Hotel ganz o.k. für eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war sauber, ausreichend groß aber leider etwas abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war auch gut, hatte nichts auszusetzen. Um die Ecke ist ein Country Pub, dort kann man auch gut essen. Ansonsten muss man halt etwas fahren!
