We had the most comfortable beds in our 4 weeks of traveling through England and Germany. Elevator broke was the only downside, but got a free breakfast that was great.

We were unable to sleep at there was a food truck festival next to the hotel that kept us up til late in the night. Was not happy with the lack of sleep that we had.

Staff friendly, but room cleanliness terrible. We were first given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all (bins full, past guests' bed linen in heap). Then when we got another room, it hadn't been vacuumed, and was only vacuumed once during our week-long stay - and the carpet was filthy. Tea/coffee was only topped up once, and we had no shower gel for three days. There were cockroaches in the room - we caught a live one, and on the last day when we moved furniture to check for any belongings when packing, we found dead cockroaches and previous guests' food under the furniture. Looked like the furniture hadn't been pulled out in a long time.
