Nice Motel in center of bustling region of Ohio

Pros: Cleanliness, quiet rooms, friendliness, proximity to airport/regional cities. The "no-smoking" rooms are clean/smell good. (There is a smoking wing)
Cons: The "no-smoking" rooms are clean, but there are smokers gathered outside side entrances from time to time. The linens are noticeably perfumed.
Location: Parks, Memorials (ie: W Harding Memorial) nearby, county airport, transportation and industrial hub. Very large (popular) Pilot Truck stop next door.
Quality Inn (Upper Sandusky, Ohio) is our first choice when visiting the area. Clean, Courteous, great Breakfast and WiFi, comfortable beds and amenities.

Sorriest Hotel I ever booked

This hotels service is the worst I have ever experienced. My flight was cancelled and I was supposed to arrive on a Friday but did not arrive until Sunday and they would not reimburse me for Friday or Saturday at all. I called to cancel on Friday due to the flight cancellation and they insisted they could not do anything to help me until Monday when the manager arrived. When the manager arrived she too told me there was nothing they could do for me because it was prepaid. They said its not their fault the flight was cancelled despite the fact they knew not to hold the room. They stated thats the chance you get when you "prepay" to which I said no one ever books a flight planning on it to get cancelled. Beware if you stay and have an emergency for any reason you may get billed. It was very clear through Hotel.com that other hotels are considerate when flights are cancelled. I suggest you book with a considerate company.

Stayed one night

Cons: They had a decent breakfast, but very little seating, we stayed in a nonsmoking room that smelled like it had been smoked in recently.
Location: It was next door to a truck stop parking lot. Lots of truck Traffic.
One night stop. Wanted to enjoy the pool but didn't stay in there long. Screaming kids made us leave, I know not the Motels fault.

High Quality Staff, Low Quality Inn

The smell of strong cleaner and something else...cigarette smoke?...was evident in the common areas. From the badly stained chairs in the breakfast area to a broken window in the hall to the fact that there is NO ELEVATOR, this is a tired property, badly in need of a facelift. The staff was hardworking and helpful, but the place was on the dumpy side.

For one night stay and price, it was ok. Hotel staff were nice and room was clean. Hotel in general was dated and needs upgraded. Card readers on doors were temperamental, but staff warned us ahead of time that they were having issues, so it wasn't that bad.

traveled with my wife and teen son, room was comfortable and clean, beds comfortable the breakfast i felt was great, lots of choices everything was hot. the hotel it self could stand some tlc. the person who checked us out could have been more professionally dressed instead od wearing a hoody. over all i would stay there again.
