Great location

Pros: Heated pool, friendly staff
I love this hotel will stay there again. Our kids travel with us, and we always have to choose a better hotel with convenient location, amenities and indoor parking. Our preferred hotels Marriott or anything by Marriott.

Nice hotel near the old city but bad amenities

It was okay overall, but the amenities in hotel failed my expectation. First, the coffee pack they offers are so difficult to open. I end up give up on it and switch to tea. Pretty sure numerous of people tried to open it but also failed because of the marks on the package. The phone doesn’t work. The buttons on the phone doesn’t work and we were told that we need to dial zero for everything. However, this was not mentioned when we check in. Overall, the stay was okay, just the amenities.

One night stay

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and the restaurant for breakfast is good. The room was fine, the location very bad, 4th floor in front of the pool and very far away from the elevators. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable but the bathroom was not perfectly clean, it had mold o. The tub borders and ceiling... bathroom zero points! Bad luck I guess...

A pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel.

Pros: This is a very comfortable, well maintained hotel.
Cons: It would have been nice to have some wine glasses in the room.
Location: It is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions in Old Quebec. The Plains of Abraham and the Musee des Beaux Arts are nearby as well.
We recently spent a weekend in Quebec city at the Delta Hotel. Our room on the 9th floor was very spacious and had a great view of the city. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. It was nice having a proper sitting area in the room, complete with a sofa. We had a delicious breakfast in the downstairs dining room every morning. They had a good selection of food, which was well prepared. We did not try the dining room for a dinner, but did go to several fine restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. There is a convenient parking garage below the hotel, which is directly accessible via an elevator from the lobby. They also have a heated outdoor pool, which we did not have the chance to try out, but I understand it is accessible from a warm indoor location.

Amazing customer service

We stayed here for a few nights & rented 2 rooms for our family. Hotel is clean, staff is great but it's such an ordeal to get to your room. We had to take 2 separate elevators (or an escalator & an elevator) & our room was the very futherest at the end of several hallways so it was a mission every time we left the hotel or returned. Would not stay here again just for that fact but everything else about our stay was overall satisfying.

Downtown Quebec walking distance to Old Quebec

Very friendly staff. We stayed at the Signiture Club room 1116 one floor below Club Lounge where Free Breakfast and appetizers in the afternoon. Great city view from our room
