The location is convenient. However, the doors are totally sound-transparent, and we could hear the sound of microwave door closing in the common area clearly inside our room. We were awaken by people talking in the hotel in the middle of the night. That turned out to be other guests calling the police due to a man shouting outside. The surfaces inside the bathroom (sink, toilet, tub.. etc) is clean except for the wall, where the stains are visible. There is mildew on the caulk around the bathtub, some are covered by a second layer of semi-transparent caulk. The staff is friendly.

Easy check in and check out, nice and helpful staff. Convenient location for dining and visiting the old Quebec area. Very slow wifi internet. The condition of the room was only OK, the bed had a broken leg and other appliances were also in bad condition. Parking also OK. Not to lowd. In general terms, the place is good enough to stay for a short period of time.

If you don't mind old buildings along what comes with them such as smell, creaky doors, walkway noise, and all things related to old buildings perhaps this option is for you. The location is excellent and it was what I was looking for from this perspective. The place was old (at least the room I got) but clean. I feel that the price was high for what the place has to offer.

Excellent location if you want to visit Old Quebec. They were very accommodating. Parking is terrible. At times it is oversold so you are not guaranteed a spot even if you prepay.

Bien situé mais bruyant
Bon service, mais chambre 1011 est quant à moi la chambre la plus bruyante de l’hôtel. Pourtant, c’est soi disant une chambre supérieure… que nous entendions la Grande-Allée, c’est normale, mais nous entendons aussi les claquements de la porte d’entrée, les gens à la réception parler et tous les autres clients monter à leur chambre. Bref, l’hôtel est bien situé, mais il ne vaut pas la peine de payer des frais supplémentaire pour avoir une chambre supérieure si c’est pour avoir la 1011!

No actual locks on the door. Stained sheets, moldy shower and a thick coating of dust next to the bed. Broken window latch so window cannot close. Poor lighting.

Not my first time at this hotel and I will come back for sure. Internet service was off and on. Cleanliness could have been better and a fresh coat of paint would do wonders. I'm not sure if I would recommend it to anyone but I would definitely stay there again!

We were on the third floor. There is no elevator, not even a dumbwaiter for luggage. The toilet had mold, and the shower had mold. There was a soda can under our bed and lots of dust bunnies under there. There is a bar next door very noisy like the beer fest in Munich until 3 AM. Never doing this again.

Quand même bien, par contre il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé, mais un ventilateur sur pied. Tout de même propre, mais pas aussi représentatif que sur les photos, en réalité un peu plus défraîchi mettons.

Nous avons trouvé cette chambre d'hôtel, sensé être deluxe, assez moyenne. À ce prix, je m'attendais au moins à avoir du café à la chambre... Au moins les restos à proximité étaient intéressant !
