Nice hotel but access to old part only through many long halls and up elevator in the back. Bell hops sometimes non responsive. Could not get luggage cart to move in or out so many long trips to parking garage when checking out. Room inconsistently cleaned and resupplied over three days. Wonderful ...
The hotel is located on a main thoroughfare in Quebec City, easily located. Parking is limited behind the hotel, though there is extra parking a short distance away. We arrived early enough to be behind the hotel building. There is a wonderful neighbourhood filled with shops and good restaurants ...
Quebec is full of old-world charm, locals are friendly and inviting. Height of the fall tourism season was a bit of a shock though. The Hilton was a bridge between the old city and the new. Quaint older hotel in Old Quebec City. The staff were helpful and the room was very clean. Reasonable breakfast and very good coffee. Located on the fringe of the old city but located on a street with many great restaurants so you don't have to wander far in the evening.
We arrived late but all was prepared for us ahead. The bed comfy and the room well appointed. Breakfast delicious. Jo, the owner, took great care of our group of eight. After three nights we were still congratulating ourselves for finding such a perfect spot in the old city.
