Beautiful location!

Posted Aug 12, 2017
Pros: Excellent transportation services and wonderful concierge service.
Cons: Timeliness of the restaurant service - food was excellent, service was slow, especially when one has to meet a tour or activity.
Location: Close to everything. SO many fun things to do!
Quiet location with easy walking to restaurants, and activities.

Typical Four Season service, location, and price

Posted Aug 6, 2017
Pros: Staff friendliness, helpfulness.
Cons: Quite nickel and diming on everything at the hotel.
Great check-in, good service, nice enough room. Lots of ticky-tacky charges..... They even charge for bottled water as well as just about anything else you can imagine. Unfortunately, the smoke from the forest fires meant that we had nothing much to do except stick around the hotel....

Quiet location in Whistler.

Posted Jul 26, 2017
Pros: Warm decor and energetic, friendly, helpful staff.
Located slightly out of town (a fifteen minute walk to the shops) the hotel compensates by offering exemplary shuttle bus and hotel car service. Service is genuinely friendly; lots of young university graduates from all over the world, who should probably be pursuing careers back home instead of making hotel guest happy in return for winter skiing and summer mountain biking. The hotel is very dog friendly. Guests can have access anytime to the underground parking but in and out is by valet driver. Parking is $45/night. The hotel has good quality bicycle rentals and there are lots of great trails in the vicinity.

Beautiful hotel

Posted Jul 26, 2017
Great hotel....save the breakfast waitress and supervisor who subjected us to an embarrassing confrontation suggesting that we were trying to "skip out" without paying when they should have known we had the inclusive package as your name and room number are given upon entry to the restaurant. This treatment was unnecessary and insulting while being way below what is expected in a hotel of this stature.

Inexperienced staff

Service not at level you would expect from a Four Seasons.

Beautiful hotel walking distance to Village

Posted Jul 18, 2017
Walking distance to Whistler Village. You can get anything you want at the Four Seasons, if they don't have it, they will get it for you. The staff is the best and so polite. We were treated like we owned the place.

Very good accommodation. Patio chairs on the room balcony were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise a great choice
