Disappointed

Pros: The views and location.
Cons: The television was awful. Have had better at less expensive hotels. Also a way to be refunded immediately.
Location: The location is great because it is next to a mall. Also lots of restaurants nearby.
I prepaid months in advance for charges for the room but the hotel charged my boyfriend's card over $400.00 for the room and room service. When I ordered room service I requested to pay with my credit card when food was delivered. But they charged it to the room. I also called and requested the food left in my room should not be thrown away. But it was. It was expensive dessert from a nice restaurant. We called many times requesting the charges be removed from his credit card. It took over a week for the refund. The time spent was very special for us and the anxiety of having $400+ charged for a room that had been pre-paid was very stressful. They have charged two cards, mine and his for a meal. Still waiting for that refund. Very disappointed. Also was told the room would have a refrigerator. It didn't.

Great place to stay in ABQ

very easy to reach, right off I-40, close to uptown. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable.

One night only, to visit the International Balloon Festival. A desk in the lobby was set up with all of the information needed. But the computer in the lobby was a private company that charged a fee for 10 minutes, but for some reason, that computer could not access any of the web sites where tickets could be purchased. The front desk was helpful in making those purchases, but i still was out the money wasted in the computer that did not work.

Easy check in! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Was on 10th floor and it was wonderful the next morning to see all the balloons in the air. Great view!

Bathroom was really small, no in room refrigerator, felt a little outdated and not super clean. Breakfast was good and the pool looked nice.

Very Clean, comfortable and easy to find. Great night time city views if you are into that sort of thing and plenty to eat near by.
