Worst hotel stay ever, in a Sedona basement!Posted Oct 20, 2017
Pros: The fitness center.
Cons: Full disclosure. Expedia may have not known but they advertised rooms we did not get. Rooms above ground with kitchens. Not basement efficiencies
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby, shops everywhere.
We made reservations August 27th for October 13-15th at what we thought would be a great stay. We paid $$$$ a night for a King room Suite with kitchen. What we ended up with was a little efficiency room in a basement where the poor excuse of a view was a concrete wall. No kidding! The “outside terrace” looked straight into a concrete wall. I could almost touch the wall from railing. I have pictures to prove this horror. Check in wasn’t much better, immediately after we were handed our room key we we’re shuffled to the next desk posing as a concierge. They wanted us to take 90 minutes of our time for they timeshare pitch. No thanks! Lastly the condition of the room, mattress was worn out and sloped on one side, to make matters worse the air conditioning vent was above that same side of the sloped mattress. After all we were in a basement and putting the vent anywhere else couldn’t work. This room was supposed to be big enough for four people, the chair that would convert may fit two toddlers. We were clearly duped. What was advertised and what was sold to us were entirely two different accommodations. This practice requires immediate review and corrective action. The Hyatt underground where we stayed for one night (our reservations were for two nights) should rightfully be disclosed at reservation booking time. We recommend everyone forgo this Hyatt until this dishonest practice has been remedied.

Friendly staffPosted Jun 26, 2016
Pros: Location was great. Nearby shops and restaurants were wonderful. Activities provided such as ping pong, movies, pool were great additions to our stay.
Cons: Informing guests of activities such as borrowing movies and such at check in, a friendly gentleman at the activity center let us know of this option.
Location: Walk to shops next door and only a short drive to other restaurants and galleries.
The staff welcomed us when we arrived and we received excellent service throughout our stay. The grounds are beautiful and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros: Pool and view
Cons: Room was very dull.
Location: Great location.
A maid tried getting in our room while we were sleeping. May have been accidental, but left us feeling insecure.

Convenient location and very comfortable.Posted May 18, 2016
Went here for a getaway with some high school friends. All of us were very impressed with the size of the rooms and the overall accommodations. The location is great, quick walk to downtown Sedona for dinner and back to a suite that feels like home.

Great locationPosted May 1, 2016 on Orbitz
Pros: The location, activity center and apartment style rooms. We rented a studio, and enjoyed having a separate seating area from the bed.
Cons: Not much. Overall everything was very well managed and clean.
Location: Sedona is pretty spread out, with most hiking trails and restaurants occurring along 3 main roadways. This hotel is located smack dab in the middle.
Great location and very accommodating, responsive staff. The staff at the hotel were quick to help us with whatever we needed, whether it was helping us set up a DVD player or find resources on local hiking trails.
