The staff was nice and friendly , I got their 1day early around 10 pm and was checked into my room no problem , Just paid cash for that night . They called in the AM to see if i needed room service , I declined ! The room was nice , But did need upgrading . A little musty , Some new carpet and paint would help . I had no problem sleeping though the bed was a bit hard ,I saw no BUG'S and the A/C was Freezing Cold . So i slept soundly . PS. Hotel was close too town and restraunts

Memorial Day Family Reunion

Logan Lodge is in a prime location for visiting relatives in Urbana and Springfield Ohio. The rooms are quite run down, but it is a place to sleep while away from home. No frills or extras, ie, tissues, coffee, hair dryer. A bed, tv with cable, fridge and microwave are included. Local restaurants are nice. Cafe Paridiso and Copper Top. And always, world famous Crabill's hamburgers! The hotel worked for this trip, but we would prefer to stay elsewhere next time.

Rooms need to be updated

Although the rooms were clean and there appeared to be outside renovations going on... The rooms need some serious TLC. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and all of the furniture was tattered and worn. TV reception was poor, but the free Wi-Fi worked great (best feature of the stay) I was also shocked that O-r-b-i-t-z charged an extra $10.00 for me to book through them on line as apposed to calling the motel myself and booking through the front desk. That's NOT a great deal in my book.

Weekend trip w/little time in room

The room was clean and big. It was good for the little amount of time I spent there. There were only two problems. First there was something with the pipes because the water had a strange smell. Second there are no vending machines of any type in the hotel, which is only a problem because of the strange smelling water.

Run Away!! This is the worst motel in history. I'm one fed up Broad!!

the manager is unethical and accused me of lying. he threatened to call immigration on me. I was visiting from Canada. when I booked the hotel via expedia I did not know the reservation was to hold the room and that expedia has some clients that they merely act as booking agents for. So when I drove off, he assumed I was running out on the bill. I had provided him with a photo copy of my license with my address and full name when I checked in. He did not ask for my credit card at that time. After I left, He goggled me on line and left messages on my cell and home phone telling me he knew all about me and I had better pay him. I called him on the next day and faxed him proof of payment via on line banking. The bank quoted the payment would be received within three days, It did not, So again the harassing calls came to home and cell. On top of this he padded the bill with extra fees and charges. This was a crazy experience!! The very worst hotel experience of my life! I would have chosen bed bugs over this guy.
