“The room looked clean on the surface. All kinds of hair everywhere, including on the “clean” sheets. Soap, wrapper, and other leftovers in the bathroom from the previous guest. The worst I ever the really strong smell of weed. Could not get any rest… I did not even want to stay, but I was exhausted. Should have slept in my car… faucet by the best tub was falling out, the base of the toilet was leaking “water”. The only good thing the staff was nice and breakfast area clean. Horrible experience……

“The room and experience were great! Online checkin was a bit of challenge bc Expedia could not relay the messages from the hotel to me. A quick call to the hotel got what I needed. The room was super clean, convenient to what I needed and very cute. Would stay again, but likely would book direct.”

“The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.”
