We booked this hotel bc of the hot tub. The hot tub was closed the entire time we were there, so that was pretty disappointing.

No trash cans
Everything was great ... We even got a fan from the front desk for our room Nice place to stay very clean and always smells fresh But in a studio size room you need more than two little ice bucket things for garbage containers ..we will stay there sgain

We love this hotel because they offer a two bedroom that is not expensive. When we travel, we make sure this is where we stop. But this time our room wasn’t as clean as it usually is. There was cobwebs on the ceiling, and part of the carpet had duct tape. I just didn’t seem as clean as the other room we had had during a different stay. It was late and wasn’t worth complaining about.

The room looked like the bedroom was separate from sitting area and it wasn't. The whole room was small and so was the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable! Won't be staying there ever again. It's shouldn't be called a suite as it isn't.

Triple billed in urbandale
Hotel was good and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. However, encountered a billing problem due to being triple charged for the room. Still trying to straighten that kink out.

Staff friendly & helpful. Rooms comfy. Nice water pressure in shower. Greatful for tall fridge & real freezer. Breakfast had lots of variery. Pool & hot tub nice & clean with great temps! Quiet patio was a plus. Place has a grill, no firepit! Would stay again.

Very small rooms basic amenity. They were working on the building while we were there right outside the room that was assigned to us. It was fine for one night. Not great. The sofa bed touches the king bed so no egress in or out from one side of the bed. Cleaning was average (food particles from previous longer term guest in sofa bed) 3 of 5 stars is fair review. Chose bacause of location and Bonvoy. Will not return.

Loved the option of 2 bedrooms for our family. Walls are very thin however, and neighbors were loud and disrespectful. Had to call front desk for resolution.

Good stay
Good stay. A few dead bugs in hallway and one on the door lock. Great stay over all. Beds/floor/shower/kitchen very clean and we will stay again.
