The flat is in perfect location and easy walking to all neighborhoods in town. Mari Carmen was so responsive to our many questions. She offered suggestions for day trips, eating, shopping and more. We were sad to leave this lovely flat and beautiful city, but we will return to both!”

“The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was close enough to the restaurants and shopping, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was clean, updated and well-appointed. There was staff onsite but we did not need assistance. The check-in process was smooth. Excellent communication. I did ask for assistance in obtaining a car service. Management gladly arranged it for us. We felt safe in the area.”

“The hotel isn’t in the best location. There are homeless and it’s really loud all hours of the day and through the night. There are giant recycling containers just outside and you can hear drunk people and homeless yelling and tossing there glass bottles into the recycling. The hotel helped us order a can from a shady taxi company that ripped us off on the tolls to the airport. No amenities. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not for the price.”
