Our favourite hotel in Newcastle, greeted once again by the lovely Danielle who is an absolute credit to the hotel, room was lovely and once again we had a lovely stay.

Lovely spacious room for a great price ideally located

If I could give 0 I would. The staff was lack of ampathy to our family. We have 4 kids and 5 adults waiting 30 mins for the room. The staff wasn't willing to take us to the room. She was very lazy and provided impossible service to families. We booked 3 rooms, and she told us the Deluxe room is a Junior room. I told her I needed more duvets for the kids, and she said, "Not sure about it. " When she found it, we had to carry it by ourselves. I also carried a duvet from the main building to the annex building in the rain. Frankly, I would say the hotel is just ok: smell, not clean, horribly warm. But the biggest problem is reception.

Great stay - would stay again without a doubt. Ideal location.
