I booked this room as a last minute because I missed my flight. The price was super low and I wasn’t expecting the quality of room I received. Hotel was great, room was big, room and hotel was clean! Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is 3 star but feels like 4.I had a business room which has a bedroom, living room and a small kichenet. (larger than the standard room). Very comfortable. I booked 2 nights but 1 day before check in I needed to cancel the 2nd night. I called the hotel and was refused. However when I checked in I met Piotre at the reception and after he checked with his bosses, they were willing to waive the 2nd night with no penalty. This was really nice. Since I had to check out for my flight in the middle of the night, I didn't enjoy the breakfast but asked for a breakfast box which was huge and ready on time, along with the taxi I reserved with Piotre. I did have dinner at the restaurant: the Perogi was really good and so was the Margarita. The hotel ambient is cosy and welcoming and the location - 15 min from city center by car, 10 min from the airport. So for me the experience was very short but perfect.

ALL GOOD BUT THERE WAS NO TEASPOON IN THE ROOM SO I NEEDED TO GO DOWN TO FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR IT. ANNOYING. GIVE US AT LEAST PLASTIC ONE BECAUSE THIS WOODEN STICKS ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING :)

They had no hot water in the whole property. The wifi was bad in the whole hotel. They even moved me to the first floor and wifi would not connect. Never had this issue before. I left the hotel early because of this and had no issues at the next hotel. I dont like leaving negative reviews but this hotel disappointed and I feel I should warn others.

Very nice
On-site parking was crowded, but we arrived late. We did find a space. There is underground parking at 20 sloty/day. We purchased breakfast with the room, and it was excellent. Very nice all around.

I was very pleased with my stay here. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and located near the arena where I was going. If going to Central city you have a good 20 min ride.

Great hotel!
I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. All employees that I came in contact with were definitely trainee in hospitality! Each one friendlier than the next. All were very professional. The room was immaculate, contemporary and comfortable. I had one quick lunch and used the buffet daily. Food was above average with a nice selection for breakfast. I used the fitness center and it was large, airy and functional. One plus for me was a self service washer and dryer. I hate traveling with dirty clothes so I took advantage while working out one evening. The hotel sits on a busy corner so there are bus stops within a two minute walk. One bus goes to and from the airport. Another bus will take you to the metro into the city. Both rides take about 15 minutes. My only dissatisfaction, and it’s very minor, sits with the TV. Wires are exposed, Also, when you insert your room key to switch on the power in the room, the TV automatically turns on to the same channel showing a loop with what I think is a sales pitch for their condos. There are international channels but very limited for English speakers. But as I only use the TV when getting ready in the morning, it was not a biggie.

WifFi limited to public areas is not what experienced travellers expect. More coverage is needed to meet expectations. Lighting in rooms a bit gloomy.
