Bathroom layout terrible , mold in shower , vanity sink terrible design , vanity to closed to toilet ( need to open legas to sit !!! ) Shower door open in never seen it , hard to park , definitely I will pass next time .

Our base for a week
We stayed in Montevideo for a week as part of a longer vacation. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything about the hotel was excellent. You don’t need a car as Uber is readily available and reasonably priced. Even though this is an upscale neighborhood, you do need to be cautious.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 years off and on. The last manager would have paid more attention to garbage in the front yard...that kind of thing.

It is a nice hotel. rooms are OK, with good shower, a fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee/tea in room, etc. Parking garage is safe although a little bit different. Need to get to the parking spot by an elevator, but worked well and it is safe. One block from a shopping mall, and many shopping stores and restaurants close by. Only complain I have is that there was a package delivered to the front desk the eve before check out but I was not informed of it and it was left in the hotel. I could not retrieve it since I checked out in the morning and left the country. Very disappointing!!!!

reception exceptionel good. excellent bed. Nice kitchenet, but folding door keeps auto-closing in your face when using the sink bathtub very small only 1 meter long - for a child ? ! would prefer the handwash in the bathroom not in the walkway and no handwash in the bath room! why?

Staff is very nice. The facilities could use some updates. The room is super small so if you have two suitcases it’s hard to move around. Nice hot water running. Breakfast is quite complete. Overall for a two night stay it was ok, especially the location close to the Punta Carretas shopping center.

1) an alarm in the corridor went off at midnight; even though I called the receptionist, nobody came to check it out... I had to go out of my room and turn it off myself. 2) the receptionist both at ck in and ck out were unprofessional and not courteous 3) no double room with two beds available (as requested on the reservation) 4) overall the hotel does not deliver as expected

Great place
When we arrived it was a little late and they did not have my room of 2 beds, was a traveling with companion that we need 2 beds...no problem they put us up in 2 rooms and then changed room the next day.....very friendly and helpful especially I speak very little Spanish but they spoke enough english to get us by...highly recommend this place

nice place but they almost charged me twice
Everything was fine, except that when I was checking out and in a hurry to get to the airport, the person at the reception desk insisted that I had not paid and needed to give her my credit card to pay. My booking was already paid through hotels.com. If I had not refused to hand over my credit card they would have charged me twice.

Boa localização, ao lado do Shopping Punta Carretas. Bom café da manhã e restaurante do hotel com bons preços. Quarto com bom tamanho e bonita vista do nosso quarto no sétimo andar. Bom atendimento. Estacionamento é bem apertado...necessitando algumas manobras. Carro grande não entra.

Decent place to stay.
Decent hotel, a block away from the shopping center and a short walk to the river walk. I liked that there were places to eat and drink relatively close. Take into consideration that the breakfast is what is normally eaten in that country which is mainly sweet breads, cheese and ham. The staff was also nice but I do wish the mattresses in the rooms were replaced as I thought they were a little too soft.

Nice hotel in a safe area, close to Mall, restaurants and La Rambla. The building is not new, but it is in a ver good condition, the staff is very nice and friendly and the food is good. The only thing I would suggest is to better equip the gym, it is only a cardio room.
