Excellent hotel and the service was brilliant from start to finish. I rocked up with a nice welcome, given lots of information about the surrounding area and how things worked. The room was big, WiFi worked fine and the breakfast was excellent. It’s dry close to the Main Street and only ten minutes from the port. Chances are if you’re in Ushuaia you’re going to Antarctica - the tour booked everyone in to Hitel Albatross and that’s just a ten minute walk away down the Main Street which I did with all my bags. So overall a good place to stay as far as I’m concerned!

Pros: Great location!
Location: Shopping, tours, restaurants.
I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient to all shopping and within walking distance to the cruise terminal. I highly recommend it!

I'm not sure how this can be a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, dingy, musty. The carpets are stained. The television reception is not only terrible but no international channels at all. The breakfast was spotty at best and the dining room was always dirty. But the worst thing about this hotel is the staff. Not only is their grasp of the English language tentative their complete inability and lack of interest in helping their guests was shocking. We wound up having to book all our own excursions, restaurants, etc. In any hotel I expect services like that but I'm a 4 star in a place that is referred to as the end of the world you would think the staff would be more hospitable and helpful. TERRIBLE

Had a beautiful view of the Beagle Channel! The hotel is located 1 block from the shopping street, at the beginning, but it gives you the opportunity to walk the entire street. The hotel is clean, large room and great service. I would stay there again.

Hotel is nice, rooms are a bit outdated. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Best location. 1 block away from the main streets with restaurants and cafes. Only 2blocks away from the only grocery store in town.

O Hotel Fueguino conta com funcionários atenciosos, quartos novos, calefação que pode ser controlada pelo hóspede, café da manhã continental simples, mas que supriu nossa necessidade (tem suco natural de laranja; tem frutas, cereais, iogurtes, pães salgados e doces, ovos, bacon. leite, café e chá. Os pratos do restaurante do Hotel são muito bons. O que desqualifica o Hotel: não tem wi-fi. O Hotel mantém placas explicativas dizendo que na ilha toda a Internet não é boa. Mas na hora de vender o quarto anuncia como tendo wi-fi. Mentira! A internet em vários lugares da ilha é ótima: no Hard Rock, no aeroorto e em vários restaurantes.

Péssimo , Café da manhã fraquíssimo para um hotel , Camas tortas e colchões deformados , Como se não bastasse os problemas do café da manhã e das camas no quarto , No último dia de hospedagem , quando eu entrei no hotel com um sanduíche na mão o recepcionista me barrou dizendo que não é permitido trazer comidas de fora para as instalações do hotel , que havia um restaurante e somente alimentos servidos e vendidos no hotel poderiam ser consumidos . Achei um desaforo gigantesco e um abuso de política , já que me cercearam a minha liberdade de comer o que eu quiser . Não recomendaria nem para uma noite , já que o preço/atendimento/serviço estão completamente desconexos .

Tenía contratadas 2 noches, pero por retraso en un vuelo, perdí la conexión en Buenos Aires y no llegué el día previsto 12 de Agosto . Avisé por teléfono al hotel que no podía llegar el día previsto por pérdida conexion vuelo, y me indicaron que procurarían no facturar la noche perdida. Cuando llegué al día siguiente, me conformaron que no me cobrarían la noche que no utilicé, pero al pagar mi factura a la salida me cobraron esa noche con la excusa de la la agecia Expedia donde había hecho la reserva les obligaba a cobrarla. Hechas las oportunas averiaguaciones, me mintieron en el Hotel, ya que la agencia no obliga a cobrar nada al hotel. Yo no reclamé en ningún momento que no me cobraran la noche, pero lo que no acepto es que me mientan.
