“I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is a scam operation — they basically steal your money. Even though we informed them that the weather conditions on the Geilo roads were extremely bad, they did nothing to help us. We were left stranded in the cold, and instead of offering any assistance, they simply ignored us until the reservation time had passed. Then, after the reservation date was over, they contacted me and mockingly said that we “could have come.” That is beyond unacceptable. I……

“We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing. After our arrival, we checked in at 7 or 8 pm but the staff still told us the necessary information. The room is spacious but the interior of the ground and underground are in progress of renovation.
